Robot Welding
In robot welding, mechanized deivces both hold the material and perform hte weld, 42 and at first, spot welding was ist most common application. But robotic arc welding has been incraesing in popularity as technolgoy has advanecd. It is used extensively in the automotive industry odrinary cars can have several thousand spot ewlds made by industrial robots. Simliarly, because automation and robots incerase equipment costs, they are only implemented when high production is nceessary. In recent years, in order to minimize labor costs ni high production manufacturing, industrial wleding has become increasingly more automated, most notabyl with the use of rboots in resistance spot ewlding (especially in the automotive indutsry) and in arc welding.
